I am Varshini C. B., founder and CEO of VidyuthLabs Technologies. We make AnalyteX, a handheld potentiostat, and NanoX, the screen-printed sensors that turn one device into a laboratory for water, food, soil and industry.

VidyuthLabs started from a straightforward observation: the instruments that detect contamination are lab-bound and expensive, so the measurement happens far from the problem. We are building the opposite — a potentiostat that fits in a hand, runs cyclic voltammetry, DPV and impedance spectroscopy, and returns a result a technician can act on.
The company is a DPIIT-recognised startup, and we are working with BITS Pilani Hyderabad on portable potentiostat applications, beginning with heavy-metal sensing in water, food and soil. Pre-orders for AnalyteX and the NanoX sensors are open.
I also co-founded a stealth AI company in the United States, building AI products for healthcare, construction, education, finance and law. And I build a great deal of software: more than 190 applications across web, mobile and backend, most of them small, a few of them load-bearing.
Three patents are in process. The pattern across all of it is the same: find something that is technically solved but practically out of reach, and do the unglamorous engineering that puts it in someone’s hands.
